PLACE WHERE I WAS BORN..BHORLETAR LAMJUNG


Bhorletar Village Development Committee (V.D.C) is situated at Lamjung district in western region of Nepal. Bhorletar V.D.C is 37km far from district head quarter and it takes 1070 hector square area of Lamjung district. The height from sea level is 3300’. Bhorletar V.D.C is beautiful valley surrounded by three rivers (island). Its population is more than 10,000.  In Bhorletar V.D.C, there is one community ISHONESHWOR higher secondary school, where around 1000 student are studying and more than 100 students in its Bachelor degree of Ishoneshwor campus. There are two private secondary schools also, where 600 students are studying. Similarly, there are 6 primary schools.
 
In Bhorletar there is presence of almost government office, like, health, education, post office, animals and farmer care clinic, forest secretary post etc. More than 100 army and police forced are staying here to provide the security in this area. Green Valley Youth Club and other human rights civil society organization are also involved in its development.
 
The most important thing is that its surround three V.D.Cs are directly or indirectly depended on its business, education, health, communication and other government service. In these three V.D.Cs, there are also all together 2000 student are studying their education.
 
In this situation Bhorletar valley (included other three V.D.Cs, Ishaneshwor, Bangre and Tharpu) concerned around 30,000 people. In this large level population there are only 3 phone lines for communication and one post office for ordinary mail as well as one film hall for information disseminations. Private schools are running their education on computer science but there are only limit in practical not for email and internet. Community school of Bhorletar has five computers among 1000 student but they are also out of use because, lack of awareness and skills human resource.
